Sample delivery time varies depending on the raw material availability and product design. But in general cases, it takes 1-4 weeks from the date of receiving the sample order.

Some country’s customs offices do charge import taxes, DressUp Apparel is not responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed in customs and no refund will be provided for these orders.
